Bellfield lost out to Hurlford in a close match on wet night at Richardson Park, Hurlford.

Bellfield took the lead after 10 minutes when Craig finished well after good work from Sammy down the right wing to set him up.

The remainder of the first half was a close contest with Bellfield having the best of the goal scoring chances whilst defending well to keep Hurlford out.

Two quick goals from Hurlford after the break, both headers from set pieces, proved the turning point in the game and at that point it look as though they might go on to dominate however the boys dug deep and got themselves back into the match.

Bellfield finished strong but couldn’t find the equaliser they probably desereved for the effort they had put into 90 minutes.

A decent performance from the boys who had a great attitude all night and they were unlucky not to take somthing from the game⚽️.
